Process

Step 1: Public officers seeking a transfer to another position within the Public Service must complete Part A of the Transfer Application Form and forward it to their respective Head of Department or Permanent Secretary for completion of Part B.

Step 2: Once both Parts are completed, Public Officers are to submit the form to the address specified on the vacancy notice on or before the closing date. Applications received after the closing date may not be considered.
