Step 1:  Complete and submit an application form and supporting documents to the Chief Education Officer, Ministry of
             Education and Culture.

Step 2:  Forwarding of Application package to the Education Officer responsible for Early Childhood Services for processing.

Step 3:  Documents inspected and letter of acknowledgement sent to applicant.

Step 4:  Written requests prepared and sent to relevant inspection departments (Fire and Rescue, Environmental Health).

Step 5:  Appointments for inspection with departments listed, in addition to Education, is made and carried out.

Step 6:  Inspecting bodies to forward findings from inspections to Officer for Early Childhood, Ministry of Education and Culture.

Step 7:  Once approved by all the relevant inspection bodies, formal recommendations from Early Childhood Education
             Officer, would be submitted to the Minister for Education for approval.

Step 8:  Letter of Approval to be sent to the applicant.
