The form must be completed in Full Block Letters or typed and printed in color. Completed applications should Be dropped off at Custom Headquarters or  Petroleum and Concession Unit depending on the reason.”

Supporting Documents

  1. Treasury receipts showing Original Payment must be attached.
  2. Trader declaration (T-12) Invoices and /or any other relating documents to support claim being made

Additional Notes

All refunds are to be submitted in person with all supporting documents  at the required unit:

  • Submit to Customs Headquarters if these are the reason for applying
    • Overpayment of Duties
    • Financial Secretary Approved
    • Other

 

  • Submit to Customs Petroleum and Concession
    • Hotel Aid
    • Pioneer Status
    • First Time Home Builders
    • Fisherman
    • Farmer

Government Imports Once processed the applicant would be informed of the decision.  If approved check collection would be at Customs Headquarters.
