As part of the process of transformation, the Government of the Virgin Islands is developing a new Public Service Management Bill which proposes to regulate, amongst other things, the organisation, management, functioning and staffing matters concerning ministries and departments in the Public Service. Attached are briefing notes, which provide a brief summary of the Bill on the key policy recommendations contained within.

The Public Service Management Bill seeks to create a high performing, efficient and accountable Public Service. To this end, we would appreciate your comments and concerns on the draft bill. Submissions are open until 31st, December, 2018.
