This year’s annual Territory Day celebrations will focus on the importance of being a Virgin Islander in a year when the Territory will go through a constitutional review.
Minister for Education, Culture, Youth Affairs, Fisheries and Agriculture, Dr. the Honourable Natalio D. Wheatley will be discussing the Bill entitled, Cannabis Licencing Act, 2020 tonight at 8:00 p.m.

The Cabinet of the Virgin Islands has approved granting the public full access to all beaches in the Territory for the purposes of exercise and therapy between the hours of 5:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
