Premier and Minister of Finance the Honourable Dr. Natalio D. Wheatley has said that theGovernment of the Virgin Islands has made notable progress in its commitment to implementing the recommendations from the Commission of Inquiry (COI).
Deputy Governor, Mr. David Archer, Jr. is acting in the Office of Governor until September 22, in the absence of His Excellency, the Governor Mr. Daniel Pruce, who is out of the Territory.
The Ministry of Communications and Works has commenced comprehensive road works in Sea Cows Bay as part of an ongoing infrastructural development program.

The Government of the Virgin Islands, through the Ministry of Financial Services, Labour and Trade, has opened applications for the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) Grant Programme.
