The Government of the Virgin Islands (GOVI) has received financing from the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB) towards the cost of Rehabilitation of Roads and Slope Stabilisation, Horsepath, Tortola, British Virgin Islands and intends to apply a portion of the proceeds to eligible payments under a contract for which this invitation is issued.
