The Ministry of Natural Resources and Labour, as the stewards of the Territory’s natural resources and in keeping with increasing first-time land and homeownership for Belongers, has made available an additional approach in relation to sales of properties in the Virgin Islands. This approach is aimed at providing another form of exposing prospective sales of lands to a larger segment (especially the younger population and first-time landowners) of the community to what is available in the real estate market.
