The public is notified that the ceremony for the launch of the book, ‘Twice She Struck: A Story of the RMS Rhone’ is now available online for viewing.

The book serves as a dedication to the memory of persons who lost their lives aboard the RMS Rhone in 1867.

The ceremony includes remarks by the author, Dr. Michael Mitch Kent; Director for the Department of Culture, Mrs. Luce Hodge-Smith; and Director for the National Parks Trust of the Virgin Islands, Ms. Linda Varlack.
