The Department of Waste Management seeks reputable local businesses or companies to transform a 20 foot Shipping Container to provide basic amenities for staff at the Valley Hill Dumpsite on Virgin Gorda.

   The following requirements should be met for your quote to be considered:

• Bathroom Facilities
• Kitchenette area
• Small Office Space
• Windows to provide adequate ventilation
• Foundation base to secure containers during Hurricane Season and flooding due to heavy rainfalls
• Security doors with two exit and entry points

   Interested persons should provide documentation in a sealed envelope with the company's name and reference Valley Hill Dumpsite Container Works.

• Quotation to retrofit (1) 20’ Shipping Container
• Design and Build Plan (with necessary drawing and methodology)
• Certificate of Good Standing from the Inland Revenue Department, Social Security Board and National Health Insurance
• Valid Trade License 2024

   Bids will be evaluated based on the following criteria.

• Methodology inclusive of delivery time - 20
• Cost - 50
• Design - 20
• Experience - 10
