The Department of Waste Management is soliciting quotations for the services of one 20 cubic yard dump truck for use at the Virgin Gorda dumpsite for a period of ninety 90 days.

The truck will transport fill material from the excavation point to the garbage tipping area. Interested companies are asked to submit their bids in a sealed envelope with the name of the company and reference, “Dump truck - Virgin Gorda” with the following documents enclosed.

• Quotation for work.
• Certificate of good standing from Inland Revenue Department, Social Security Board and National Health Insurance.
• Valid Trade License 2024.
• Proof of ownership of equipment or access to it [pictures, insurance or registration etc.
• A brief outline of the company’s experience.

All bids will be evaluated based on price, equipment, experience and reliability.  The deadline for submission is on April 3 at 4:00 p.m.

All quotations must be hand delivered to the Department of Waste Management Office located on the Second Floor, Union Property Building (adjacent to Happy Lion Restaurant) Botanic Station on Tortola, Virgin Islands.
