The Department of Waste Management is accepting quotations for pest and insecticide materials for Pockwood Pond, Virgin Gorda and Anegada dumpsites for a period of 5 months.

Interested companies or individuals are asked to submit bids in a sealed envelope with the company’s name and reference, “Pest and Insecticides Management Services.”

The following documents must be enclosed at the time of bid submission.

• Financial cost for supplying pesticide and insecticides and servicing each dumpsite per month.
• Certificate of good standing from the Inland Revenue Department, Social Security Board, and National Health Insurance.
•  Valid Trade License 2024.
• Pest and Insecticide Methodology, which details the frequency in which chemical or baits or other techniques are used to reduce insect and pest population on the dumpsite.

Bids will be evaluated based on price, methodology, and experience. All documents must be included for consideration and deadline for submission is July 12, 2024, at 4:00 p.m.

All quotations must be hand-delivered to the Department of Waste Management Office, located on the second floor, Union Property Building adjacent to Happy Lion Restaurant on Tortola.
