The Department of Waste Management is accepting bids for a cleaning contract at their trailer located at the old Public Work site in Valley, Virgin Gorda.

 The trailer comprises of an office, sitting room, and restroom. The scope of the contractor’s services include cleaning all areas and facilities of the trailer. The successful tenderer will be required to work between 12:00 noon and 3:00 p.m. Monday to Friday for a duration of six (6) months.

Interested Tenderers are asked to submit their bids in a sealed envelope with the name of the company or individual and reference “Cleaning Contract at DWM Trailer, Valley Gorda” with the following documents enclosed.

• Quotation for work.
• Certificate of good standing from Inland Revenue Department, Social Security Board and National Health Insurance.
• Valid Trade License 2023.
• Listing of jobs of similar nature.
• The names and contact number of three (3) referrals familiar with your work/service.

All bids will be evaluated based on price, experience and reliability as outlined by the following criteria:

Tenderers are asked to note that all documents must be included for consideration.  The deadline for submission of quotation is August 28, 2023 at 12:00 noon.

All quotations must be hand delivered to the Department of Waste Management Office located on the second floor of the Union Property Building adjacent to Happy Lion Restaurant.
