Berton Creque of Virgin Gorda is featured as the Sister Islander of the Quarter.

Berton Creque, also known as “Tony Roberts” is well known for his commentary at the annual Summer Jam Basketball League. He is also known for his exceptional work in the hospitality industry-predominantly at Rosewood Little Dix Bay (RLDB) and more recently as a culture bearer as the manager and member of the local fungi band, Leon and the Hot Shots. Born in picturesque North Sound on a serenely beautiful day in October 1956, Berton is the 6th child of the late Eric Creque and Gloria Rymer Creque.

He attended the North Sound Elementary School where he excelled in Mathematics. Upon completion of his primary education, he sought employment and was hired by RLDB as a Busser. After eleven (11) months in this role, he sought a transfer to the Guest Services Department, his true calling. Berton was promoted through various positions and now serves as Front Office Manager.
