Director of Customer Service, Ms. Kedimone Rubaine and Public Service Transformation Manager, Mrs. Kishann Cupid-Brathwaite are featured as they made presentations on the Public Service Transformation Programme at the Summer Institute for Educators.

Teachers gained insight on the history and evolution of the Public Service, how the transformation programme is guiding the growth and development of the Public Service, and their role in the process as educators.

The teachers also shared their ideas and vision for the Public Service.
