Twenty taxi drivers and tour operators were recognised for having completed the Aquila Programme at the launch of the One BVI awareness campaign on April 26.  The training was organised by Ms. Victorene Creque at the British Virgin Islands Tourist Board, and is part of a collaboration programme between the tourist board and the Taxi and Livery Commission.
