The Government of the Virgin Islands is encouraging local entrepreneurs to submit tenders for ‘supply and delivery’ of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Equipment and Supplies in Caribbean Overseas Countries and Territories (OCTs).

These OCTs are Anguilla, Aruba, Bonaire, Cayman Islands, Curaçao, Montserrat, Saba, St. Barthélemy, St. Eustatius, St Maarten, the British Virgin Islands, and the Turks and Caicos Islands.

Entrepreneurs are invited to take advantage of the exclusive supply contract awarded by the Caribbean Overseas Small and Medium Enterprises (COSME) Programme. 

The Deputy Regional Authorising Officer/Territorial Authorising Officer for the British Virgin Islands-based Caribbean Overseas Small and Medium Enterprises (COSME) Programme, intends to award a supply contract for ‘supply and delivery’ of ICT Equipment and Supplies in the Caribbean OCTs. This will be done with financial assistance from the 10th European Development Fund, COSME Programme (Strengthening the Development of Small and Medium Enterprises of the Overseas Countries and Territories in the Caribbean Region)

. The deadline for submission of tenders is 4:30 p.m. (BVI Time) Tuesday, October 4, 2016. Any tender received by the Contracting Authority after this deadline will not be considered.
