The public, in particular, parents are invited to participate in a “Parenting Essentials” Part Two, parenting session from June 6 to 29.

The session will be held every Tuesday and Thursday at the Social Development Building across from Happy Lion Restaurant, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Parents will be assisted in areas including making the distinction in their roles and the child’s role; effective communication; handling anger and conflict; and creating healthy relationships. Free childcare services and refreshments will be offered to parents attending the session.
