The public, especially parents, are invited to participate in a “Parenting Essentials” session on March 25.

The session will be held at the Road Town Senior Citizens Building next to the Red Cross, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

The workshop will assist parents on making the distinction in their roles and the child’s role; building positive communication skills; developing rules and consequences and creating healthy adult relationships which include co-parenting. Free childcare services and refreshments will be offered to parents attending the session.
