Secondary school teachers from across the territory recently participated in a comprehensive professional development event aimed at enhancing their skills across various dimensions affecting their profession, including spiritual wellness, integrity in teaching, and professionalism.

The professional development was hosted by the Ministry of Education, Youth Affairs, and Sports in partnership with Mental Health Services, the Family and Juvenile Unit, the BVI Red Cross and much more. The secondary school educators ended the day with departmental meetings to access progress for further solidify plans for the remainder of the school term.
