The public is advised that due to ongoing remedial works, the Magistracy on Tortola will not reopen for in-person hearings as scheduled.

Therefore, the opening of 2024 Law Term has been further delayed to Tuesday March 5. During this time, some matters including arrest matters will be held remotely at the discretion of each Magistrate. 

Notice of such sittings will be communicated.
