MINISTER FOR EDUCATION, YOUTH AFFAIRS & SPORTS

As the Minister for Education, I am deeply saddened by the news of the recent fire in Guyana that claimed the lives of 19 students. My heart goes out to the families and loved ones of those affected by this tragedy. We offer our condolences and stand in solidarity with the people of Guyana during this difficult time. We urge all school authorities to take necessary measures to ensure the safety and well-being of their students, and we will continue to work with our international partners to prevent such incidents from happening again in the future.
