The public is notified that Reading is Fun Week will be observed from October 10 to 16 under the theme, “Reading Transforms”.  The schedule of activities for the week includes an opening ceremony at Elmore Stoutt High School, Lower Estate campus at 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, October 10.  Attendance will be by invitation only and the ceremony will be streamed live on the Government of the Virgin Islands Facebook page.
