The public is being reminded to review and submit comments for the Child Maintenance and Access Bill, 2016.

The Child Maintenance and Access Bill, 2016 along with the Maintenance Orders (Facilities Orders) Bill, 2016; the Magistrate’s Code of Procedures and the Discussion Paper can be easily accessed on the banner of the Government’s Website www.bvi.gov.vg.

The proposed Bill is expected to ensure that both parents have access to their children through appropriate arrangements as well as address concerns and challenges presented in the Magistrate’s Code of Procedure.

Persons are asked to submit comments electronically to ministryofhealth@gov.vg or mailed addressed to Child Maintenance and Access Bill Review, Ministry of Health and Social Development, #33 Admin Drive, Tortola by March 8, 2016.
