The public is invited to a series of self-management workshops aimed at assisting persons in managing non-communicable diseases beginning tomorrow April 16. The first workshops will be held on Saturdays from 9:00 to11:30 a.m. at the Jana Downing Diabetes Resource Centre in Road Town. The second workshop will begin on April 27, and will continue on Wednesdays at 5:00 p.m. at the East End Long Look Community Centre.  

Registration will be done at the sites and the cost of participation is free.
