The 50^th anniversary of the British Virgin Islands/United States Virgin Islands Friendship Day celebrations will be held on Saturday, October 22 at the Cyril B. Romney Tortola Pier Park at 10:00 a.m. under the theme “Our Golden Jubilee: A Resilient Bond of Friendship.” 

The public is invited to attend the day's event dressed in Territorial wear. The celebration will showcase various aspects of Virgin Islands’ culture including food, drinks, music, poetry, demonstrations and displays. 

Persons from the Sister Islands who wish to attend must register with their respective District Officer between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
