Director of the Virgin Islands Shipping Registry, Mr. John Samuel,  at the Press Conference on Friday October 6 said: " Persons have the option of registering in any jurisdiction. The Virgin Islands- is not the only country involved in this business, so to be able to market yourself and to attract persons to the flag, you have to go out to the places where owners and operators of yachts and ships meet, and make yourself visible, while promoting your capabilities. Monaco is one of those places."
