Effective December 31, the Department of Labour and Workforce Development will cease accepting physical applications for new work permits.

As of Wednesday January 1, 2025 all work permits must be submitted for processing on the Labour Management System (LMS).

For training to gain access to the system, employers on Virgin Gorda are encouraged to contact 468-6559, and employers on Tortola, Anegada and Jost Van Dyke are encouraged to contact 468-2006.

Employers can also contact the Customer Service Care Centre at 468-3701 to register for training.
