Persons with accounts for development of the seabed in the form of reclamations, jetties and breakwaters, subleases and moorings are asked to settle all outstanding payments by December 31, 2015.  

Individuals with mooring accounts up to March 30, 2013 are required to make payments to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Labour, while outstanding payments for moorings with effect from April 1, 2013 are due in full to the BVI National Parks Trust Office.

Persons who were granted permission to engage in marina type developments, and as a condition of approval were required to pay an environmental fee and have not already done so, are also urged to make payment by the deadline given.

Failure to adhere to these requests or to visit the Ministry of Natural Resources and Labour and/or National Parks Trust Offices to make other arrangements will result in further penalties being added to these accounts and subsequent legal action being taken.
