The public is invited to the opening ceremony for the Culture and Tourism Month and Art Exhibition on Sunday, November 1 at the L. Adorothy Building at the Elmore Stoutt High School. The Virgin Islands Communal Association’s (VICA) Art Exhibition begins at 3:00 p.m. followed by the opening ceremony at 4:00 p.m.

The public should be advised that the dress code is Territorial wear and that social distancing guidelines will be enforced at the event.
