Minister for Communications and Works, Honourable Mark Vanterpool, is featured as he presented a plaque to Captain Kim Larson of the Norwegian Jade on the cruise ship’s inaugural call to the Territory on Thursday, January 19.

The Honourable Minister made the presentation on behalf of the Government and people of the Virgin Islands and welcomed the captain, and the ship’s passengers to the BVI.
