Health Ministers from the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS), Chief Medical Officers, Permanent Secretaries and other health delegates are featured at the Ninth OECS Council of Ministers: Health chaired by Minister for Health and Social Development Honourable Vincent O. Wheatley.

The Council heard presentations on Primary Health Care and Prevention of Non-Communicable Diseases, Proactive Health Care and Mental Health Among Youths. This year’s OECS Council of Ministers: Health was held under the theme Improving Lives through Preventive Health Care: An Evidence-Based Approach.
