Parents and guardians of the Elmore Stoutt High School are reminded of the first General PTA meeting to be held on Thursday March 21 at 5:00 p.m. at the Save the Seed Energy Centre at Duff’s Bottom.

At Thursday’s PTA meeting, elections will be held to form the new executive body of the PTA. All parents and guardians are urged to attend the meeting and participate in the election exercise.

The posts to be filled are as follows:

• President

• Vice President

• Secretary

• Assistant Secretary

• Treasurer

• Assistant Treasurer

• Public Relations Officer

• Assistant  Public Relations Officer

• 5 Parent Representatives

• 2 Teacher Representatives

All parents are asked to make an effort to attend and to be on time.
