The Ministry of Natural Resources and Labour will be processing Executive Work Permits from Monday, September 3.

Businesses with employees/prospective employees who receive/will receive a salary of $100,000.00 per annum and over are asked to utilize this process.

Applications for new, renewal, temporary and periodic work permits for persons meeting the salary requirement, must be submitted with the requisite documents and still meet all Immigration requirements.  These applications should be sent via email to ewp@gov.vg .  All payments should be made by cheque at the Ministry of Natural Resources and Labour.

The timeline for processing of completed Executive Work Permits, inclusive of Immigration processes, are as follows:

• New Work Permits, Change of Employer and Periodic Work Permits - 12 business days
• Work Permit Renewals - 5 business days
• Temporary Work Permits – 2 business days
