Governor Augustus Jaspert chaired a special meeting of the National Disaster Management Council (NDMC) on Monday, May 13. The meeting was held to review the Territory’s systems for managing events where a large crowd is expected. The NDMC includes representatives from the Territory’s critical services such as BVI Health Services Authority, Royal Virgin Islands Police Force, and Fire and Rescue Services.
