Season’s Greetings to you, my fellow Virgin Islanders, friends and visitors.

The holidays are such a special time of the year where families and friends come together in tradition to exercise love, peace and kindness to one another. In the spirit of giving, let us not forget those who may have lost their loved ones earlier in the year that may need added compassion.

With this year’s hustle and bustle, some persons may think that the work is never ending. Nonetheless, with God’s continued strength and guidance, I know that we all will continue to do what’s necessary to maintain the health and wellbeing of this beloved Territory as a whole.

I would like to add that it is a privilege to serve as your Territorial-At-Large Representative and Minister for Health and Social Development of the Government of the Virgin Islands and I look forward to continued partnerships to make 2016 just as meaningful, healthier and prosperous.

On behalf of my wife Janice, my extended Skelton family and the staff of the Ministry of Health and Social Development, its Departments, Divisions and Units, I would like to wish everyone a safe and enjoyable Holiday Season.

May Jehovah continue to guide us and protect us all during the holiday season into the New Year. I thank you.
