Greetings all: 

It is likely that Tropical Storm Karen will deposit lots of rain and cause flash floods throughout the territory. Please follow the warnings being issued by officers of DDM and NEOC/NDMC. I kindly ask that you avoid being out when warned and that all is done to remain dry and safe. Your Government will continue to work hard  to assist those who have applied and are yet to complete their repairs from the damages of hurricanes Irma and Maria.
