The BVI Health Services Authority is alerting the public that their Meditech Health Information System software will be going live between March 31 and April 9.

This period of time will allow for the automation of processes which will improve the delivery and management of our services. The public is asked to expect delays as we bring this new system online.  Also note that when visiting the hospital or clinics, patients may be asked to confirm previously provided information and/or to provide new information.  

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and ask for your continued patience as we strive to improve the consistency and quality of our services.
