Mariners and boat operators based on Virgin Gorda are invited to a public meeting and informational session on Thursday, June 16. This meeting is a part of the ongoing education campaign by the Virgin Islands Shipping Registry. The session will be held at 5:30 p.m. at Speedy’s Main Office.
