On Friday, September 13, Lieutenant Commander Aldric Vialette de Pémille of the Dumont D’Urville conducted a courtesy visit to the Minister for Communications and Works, Honourable Kye M. Rymer.

During this meeting, Minister Rymer graciously welcomed the Lt. Commander and presented him with a token representing the Government and the people of the Virgin Islands. In return, Lt. Commander Vialette de Pémille also offered a token to the Government.
