Jost Van Dyke food business owners are asked to collect their Food Establishment Licence from the District Office located in Great Harbour. Persons collecting the licence will be asked to sign the register when collecting the document.

Food business owners and operators are also advised that once the licence is collected, it must be displayed in a visible location as a requirement of the Public Health Food Hygiene Regulation. Mobile food vendors and food van operators are also required to post their licence in the mobile unit or van so that it is easily visible to patrons.
