Fifteen (15) job-seekers between the ages of 18 and 30 have benefitted from two workshops in soft skills training facilitated by Department of Labour and Workforce Development. The training is expected to assist the participants in capacity building, effectiveness and efficiency in the work place.

The second training session was administered in collaboration with the BVI Tourist Board, and focused on advancing Tourism and Customer Service Excellence.
