The Government of the Virgin Islands through the Premier’s Office, wishes to procure the services of a Public Image Enhancement Specialist for the assignment in relation to supplementing the public relations strategies provided by the Government Information Services.

The proposed scope of works includes to accompany the Premier in his professional capacity to gain insight into his daily activities and public interactions; develop and execute social media strategies to enhance the Premier’s online presence; create and curate engaging content that aligns with the Premier’s goals and vision; assist with organising and coordinating of interviews, press conferences, and other media appearances to effectively convey the Premier’s message; and monitor and respond to public inquiries and feedback amongst other things.

Interested and capable persons are invited to submit Expressions of Interest indicating qualification and experience to provide the consultancy services that require, but are not limited to, sound communications skills, sound public relations skills, skills in journalism/creative writing, proficiency in content creation, and the flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and high-pressure environment.

Eligible individual consultants must reside locally and be open to work on a full-time basis for a period of one year.
 

Electronic copies of the Expression of Interest must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. on Friday, 28 January, 2024. The submission must be a non-editable format and not exceeding 10 MB. The body of the email submission should include the name and address of the applicant and the subject of the email shall be “Expression of Interest - Consultancy Services for Public Image Enhancement Specialist”.
