Importers are notified that they are to claim their goods by Friday, June 23 ahead of the public auction of unclaimed goods to be held on Saturday, June 24 at the BVI Ports Authority, Port Purcell from 9:00 a.m.

Unclaimed goods may be cleared after producing a bill of lading, invoice, or any other relevant documentation. In addition, shipping fees or any other incidental must be paid to the shipper of goods before His Majesty’s Customs will allow clearance. Perishable goods listed are not to be auctioned but disposed of due to the duration of time at the ports.  

A copy of the list of all goods and importers' names will be posted for viewing only at HM Custom’s stations in Road Town, Port Purcell, West End, Beef Island, Virgin Gorda, and the main headquarters. The public can also view the list at https://adobe.ly/462KidO or QR code.
