Men and boys across the Territory are encouraged to get screened for the Men’s Health Screenings on Friday, June 15 from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

The screenings will be done in Tortola at the Road Town, East End and Cane Garden Bay Clinics, Virgin Gorda at the Nurse Iris O’Neal clinic and the North Sound clinic and Anegada and Jost Van Dyke clinics.

Screenings will be done for diabetes, HIV/AIDs, Body Mass Index (BMI), and Blood Pressure. Prostate checks will also be available at a cost of $30.

This initiative is aimed at heightening the awareness of preventable health problems and encourages healthier lifestyles.
