Persons interested in the purchasing this Steel Frame Structure may inspect it at the Elmore Stoutt High School Campus, Road Town, Monday to Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The successful bidder will be responsible for:
- The demolition of the damage structure.
- Removal of all material relating to the damage structure in a method that will be consistent with the due care not to disturb the concrete slab. The slab will remain intact.
- General clean-up of debris associated with the demolition process.
- Demolition and removal of all material.

Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Bid for Steel Frame Structure Building B” no later than 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, 1st November, 2022. Bids must be signed and full name, address and valid telephone number must be provided. The person who offers the highest bid will be awarded. Late bids will not be accepted. The successful bidder must comply with all instructions no later than three (3) weeks after notification of award.
