The Government of the Virgin Islands is preparing for the opening ceremony of the Queen Elizabeth II Park and newly renovated children’s playground on Tuesday, May 31 at 5:00 p.m.

The planned celebration is themed, “Moving Towards a Healthy You. A Healthy Me. A Healthier Community,” and will showcase the variety of ways that the Queen Elizabeth II Park can be enjoyed by the community.

The public is encouraged to bring their walking shoes and dress comfortably to participate in the wellness activities.
