Officers from the  Virgin Islands Public Service Learning Institute (VIPSLI) are featured as they met with Thirty-Four (34) officers from the Virgin Islands Fire and Rescue Service to introduce the talent assessment process for the department. The assessment meeting was held in in collaboration with the Ministry of Communications and Works to create awareness and understanding among all members for the upcoming exercise,and set expectations and clarify its purpose.

The assessment will guide the evaluation of the current operations and working environment, as well as identify areas for learning, development and skills enhancement.
