Parents and guardians of students attending the Elmore Stoutt High School are notified that the school will be hosting its Back to School Orientation Sessions from September 4 to 6 at the following dates and times:

WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 4

New Life Baptist Church – Save The Seed Centre in Duff’s Bottom

Grade 7 and Transferred Students | 9:00 a.m. to 12 noon

THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 5

New Testament Church of God (IWC) in Baugher’s Bay

Returning Students

Grade 8 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Grade 9 from 12 noon  to 2:00 p.m.

Grade 11 from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.  

FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 6

New Testament Church of God (IWC) in Baugher’s Bay

Returning Students

Grade 10 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Grade 12 from 12 noon to 2:00 p.m.

All parents who have not yet paid their fees are asked to do so at their child’s/children’s orientation session. Each student must be accompanied only by their official parent or guardian when attending his/her grade specific orientation session. Students will not be given a class schedule or allowed to enter the school building unless they have attended their grade specific orientation session.
