The Department of Waste Management is requesting quotations from qualified firms to provide environmentally sound waste oil management services for a period of six months.

Scope of Works Include:

• Collection and exportation of at minimum 4400 gallons of waste oil per month recovered from a variety of sources.
• Safeguarding and storage of waste oil located at the Waste Oil Facility
• Identifying and securing domestic, regional or international partnership with re-users or recyclers of waste oil.

Interested Tenderers are asked to submit their bids in a sealed envelope with the name of the company and reference “Waste Oil Management Services”.

Firms will be assessed on the following criteria:

• Experience of the firm
• Experience of the waste oil management team
• The methodology and plan for the collection and exportation of the waste oil
• Proof of equipment to facilitate the collection and transportation of the waste oil and ability to maintain the waste oil storage facility
• Cost for the services
• Certificate of Good Standing in respect of Social Security, National Health Insurance and Income Tax including:
• Trade License (valid for 2024) (if Partnership or Sole Proprietorship)
